Posting Description

HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST, Credit Union, provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources and Learning & Development functions. This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources and Learning & Development operations through the coordination of departmental processes, maintenance of employee records and documentation, assistance with onboarding activities, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives. The Human Resources Specialist also provides operational support for Learning & Development programs through the coordination of training logistics, orientation activities, reporting, and departmental projects. Working collaboratively with the Human Resources Generalist and Learning & Development Trainer, this role helps ensure departmental programs, systems, and initiatives are organized, compliant, and delivered efficiently while providing exceptional service to employees throughout the organization.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High School Diploma required or equivalent; and a minimum of five years of HR or administrative experience. PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree or HR Certificate.
