Posting Description

FINANCIAL COORDINATOR, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION PROGRAMS, Executive Education, supports finance operations across all programs, serving as an in-house accounting and coordination resource without direct portfolio ownership. Primary responsibilities include managing revenue operations such as client invoicing, collections, partner revenue share processes, and revenue documentation; performing program and account reconciliations, closeouts, expense transfers, and compensation charge reviews to ensure accurate alignment of revenue and expenses; supporting program budget creation, maintenance, forecasting, variance tracking, and ad hoc financial analysis; and contributing to financial systems coordination, data management, reporting, and process improvement. The role works closely with the Financial Administrator, Assistant Director of Finance, program teams, external clients, partner vendors, and Sloan Finance to support timely, accurate, and efficient financial operations, strengthen compliance with central procedures, and improve coordination across finance, program, and administrative workflows.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of two years of experience in accounting or finance; strong communication, analysis & organizational skills; service-oriented with ability to perform hands-on work in a team-based work group with complex needs and varying levels of experience; strong financial systems experience; excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); ability to handle confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment. PREFERRED: Salesforce experience.
