Posting Description

BENEFITS REPRESENTATIVE 1, Human Resources, delivers exceptional service and counseling to MIT faculty, staff, retirees, beneficiaries and vested terminated employees/ retirees, while providing administrative support for plan administration. Responsibilities include: answering participant inquiries, plan enrollment counseling, transaction processing, problem solving and advocacy for faculty, staff, and retirees; analyzing requests against relevant benefit plan provisions and enters complex benefit transactions into various vendors and MIT systems and databases. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High School diploma and a minimum of three years of related experience.
