OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL)-North America, to support the Executive Director in advancing J-PAL North America’s strategic priorities, translating vision into action, and strengthening engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The role coordinates a broad portfolio of financial, operational, administrative, and technology initiatives, while helping communicate the organization’s mission, impact, and achievements to diverse audiences.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least two years of relevant professional experience; demonstrated attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills; proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Asana, or similar project management and data-tracking platforms; ability to leverage technology to analyze and communicate information effectively; monitor strategic and financial metrics; and develop clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences.
