SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Center for Transportation and Logistics (CTL), will provide high-level administrative and project support to the CTL Director and the Director of Research, helping advance the Center’s research mission and long-term strategic priorities; coordinate research initiatives and related activities, while supporting the day-to-day administration, operations, and effective functioning of the Center.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of experience in project management, public relations, finance, or a related field; demonstrated project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results; experience planning and executing events and meetings and engaging effectively with corporate partners, associations, and other stakeholders; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI), web platforms (e.g., WordPress), and social media channels; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to advancing the Center’s mission, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid role that requires employees to work from the CTL office at least four days per week.
