Posting Description

PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Corporate Relations-Industrial Liaison Program & MIT Startup Exchange, to be responsible for the coordination of activities (meetings, website and internal/external communications) as part of a small, dynamic team that works to connect MIT startups and industry. Responsibilities will include the preparation of program presentations; coordinating processes for onboarding sessions with new startups, founder sessions for STEX25 accelerator group, and sales trainings for startups; supporting program directors with activities for accelerator group and startup service activities; supporting events with the preparation and execution of webinars, conferences, and other events; conducting outreach to startups; managing content and design for the website and newsletters; working with the communications team to write and post social media content; uploading event videos to multiple locations; and performing a variety of other duties.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications and a minimum of two years of program or project management experience; and tech savvy and has strong communications skills. PREFERRED: Knowledge of the following: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Zoom, Dropbox, Google Drive, Salesforce, and Canva.
