Posting Description

PROGRAM COORDINATOR, GLOBAL PROGRAMS, Office of Provost - MIT Solve, will play a crucial role in implementing MIT Solve's open innovation Challenges across impact areas. This position supports the execution of processes, communications, events and workshops, and helps to source, select, and support high-impact innovators from around the world. This is a full-time position that will work on programs in any of Solve’s programmatic areas with an emphasis on health-related programs and will report to the Program Lead, Health and support on internal or ad-hoc projects as needed.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: A minimum of two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience; ability to plan work efficiently to meet deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; and flexibility and ability to work independently and take initiative.

Directly related experience may include co-ops or internships in administrative or project management positions. Relevant experience may also be credited from work (including seasonal and part-time) or volunteering in other areas with transferrable knowledge and skills.
