Posting Description

 

MANAGER, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (FP&A) – CAMPUS SERVICES & STEWARDSHIP (CSS), Facilities – Finance and Accounting, contributes to financial planning and analysis supporting one of the Institute’s most complex operational and capital environments. As Manager of FP&A, help lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across a portfolio spanning campus operations and a multi-billion-dollar capital plan. Working closely with CSS leadership and central finance, coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, develop financial models, and analyze results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and help prepare management reports and presentations that support decision-making across CSS. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role with exposure to a broad range of financial and operational activities.

Job Requirements

 

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field and a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related discipline; strong business acumen; advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, or SQL); and ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and communicate clearly.

Position has a hybrid schedule – at least 2 days on-site.
