AVP, SYSTEMS ENGINEER, Credit Union, to serve as a senior technical leader responsible for the strategic design, implementation, security, and operational reliability of the credit union’s enterprise systems; to ensure that all core infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud services, applications, and security platforms operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements; to serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex technological issues; will lead infrastructure initiatives and partner closely with business units to deliver resilient, scalable technology solutions that support member services and organizational growth.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; minimum of 7 years of progressive experience supporting enterprise IT systems, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead engineering role. PREFERRED: Master’s degree; project management; prior experience in financial services or credit union environments; and experience supporting core banking platforms and third-party fintech integrations.
