Posting Description

ASSOCIATE PROGRAM MANAGER, CAREER & ALUMNI ADVISING, MIT Center for Transportation, supports the Supply Chain Management Master's program (Supply Chain Management Master's Program | Center for Transportation and Logistics), career education and alumni advising initiatives, serving as a key point of contact for students, alumni, employers, and internal partners. Will coordinate and execute career programming and advising activities; manage event logistics including scheduling, communications, and materials; support alumni engagement initiatives; maintain and analyze data in relevant systems (e.g., CRM platforms); prepare reports and track outcomes; collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across programs; update website and communication content; respond to inquiries and provide high-quality customer service; and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across Career & Alumni Advising.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; minimum three years of relevant experience in program administration, higher education, career services, alumni relations, or related field; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and project management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and database/CRM systems; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders; and attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. PREFERRED: Experience in higher education or career services; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM; data analysis and reporting experience; and event planning experience.
