Posting Description

RECRUITER, MIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo), will partner with the HR Director to lead high quality full cycle recruiting of all new employees across all teams at MITIMCo; receive and screen resumes, schedule interviews and candidate debriefs; conduct phone screens, candidate debriefs, reference checks; engage with stakeholders to manage the recruiting process and identify qualified candidate pools; implement strategies to attract high quality talent; lead a positive candidate experience; maintain organized documentation and records; maintain compliance with applicable local, state, federal laws and regulations; act as primary liaison with candidates and staffing agencies to facilitate hiring process; and leverage tools and strategic partnerships to source a qualified talent pool.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: A minimum of three years of human resources or related experience; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint); exceptional verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated experience with highly sensitive and confidential matters using discretion and appropriate judgement; strong orientation to working in a team environment; ability to resolve complex problems thoroughly and with minimal supervision; ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and to proactively suggest. PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree.
