Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent certificate of education; a minimum of three years of experience; great communication skills and patience and leadership skills to resolve complicated member issues; and be fully versed in all our products and services and able to effectively cross-sell. PREFERRED: One or more years of experience with financial services, cash handling, credit card transactions, and balancing.
