Posting Description

NURSE MANAGER, SPECIALTIES, MIT Health, will be responsible for managing and providing clinical resource for RN’s and Medical Assistants; providing oversight on the implementation of operational, patient care, and other associated clinical activities; reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, will collaborate on practice improvements that ensure that the nursing process is operationalized by utilizing Standards of Care/Standards of Practice; and reviewing and recommending methodologies and process improvements for nursing practices.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in nursing and registered Nurse licensed to practice in Massachusetts; a minimum of five years of experience working as an RN in health care; and be a strategic thinker with sound clinical judgment, practical problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational, computer, and interpersonal skills. PREFERRED: experience as a charge nurse or nursing supervisor.
