MIT provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the Institute reasonably expects to pay for a full time position at the time of posting (part time positions are pro-rated). Posting Description

PROGRAM COORDINATOR FOR DIGITAL PLUS PROGRAMS (DPP), MIT Professional Education (PE), to collaborate with DPP and other internal and external stakeholders such as colleagues, faculty, participants, clients, and online vendors in the delivery of world-class online, blended, hybrid and tele-immersive professional education programs for companies and individuals and be responsible for project management, planning, and organizing logistics and operational details for DPP in an extremely exciting, fast-growing, dynamic, and business and education environment, across time zones, with different cultures, and with several external, global online EdTech companies, vendors, and collaborators. MIT Professional Education (PE), under the School of Engineering, offers a suite of education programs and modalities to serve the continuing educational needs of global professionals. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of two years of academic administration or business experience, preferably in a client service setting or project management role; global focus; comfort working with online education and technology; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; team orientation; flexible approach to the work day; excellent organizational, time and project management, customer service, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of monitoring finances; robust Microsoft Office and video conferencing skills; and knowledge of Salesforce or CRM.  PREFERRED:  Experience in executive or professional education; cultural awareness; and ability to speak, read, and write in another language.

Must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
