Posting Description

POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE (2 positions), Center for International Studies (CIS), to conduct policy-relevant research in global development. Will advance research on international, transnational, comparative, and global issues, and involves collaboration with faculty and graduate students. Areas of interest include global challenges such as climate adaptation, environmental degradation, artificial intelligence, inequality reduction, building just societies, conflict resolution, global governance, democratic erosion, health access, and science policy.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: PhD in Political Science, Environmental Science, Sociology, Anthropology, History, Economics, Psychology, Computer Science, and related fields earned after September 1, 2023; and exceptional scholarly achievement and promise for policy-relevant research in international studies.
