PROGRAM COORDINATOR, GRADSUPPORT, Office of Graduate Education (OGE), responsible for developing and implementing GradSupport processes; delegating incoming student requests; performing other administrative duties in furtherance of GradSupport objectives, policies, and activities; and processing academic petitions and other paperwork for the OGE.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of one year of administrative or project/program administration experience; strong organizational, interpersonal, and written, adaptability, prioritization and oral communication skills; strong critical thinking and self-motivation; ability to work independently in a fast paced environment; ability to interact with and/or collaborate effectively across all levels, including with students, faculty, and administrators; knowledge of and appreciation for cross-cultural and bias issues; demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations; ability to listen carefully and communicate tactfully; and experience with databases and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Drupal or an equivalent web application. PREFERRED: Familiarity working in a clinical or higher education environment.
