Posting Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Credit Union, will be responsible for performing a diverse variety of administrative duties serving as a resource to Operations, Human Resources and the Executive Assistant and organizing and coordinating office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Will work with highly sensitive and confidential information including coordinating internal and external correspondence, preparing and compiling various reports, helping to coordinate complex meetings and other events, managing and maintaining data files and other records, and working on various reports.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of five years of administrative, office, or business experience; high level of proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; and superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Job #25062-6

This hybrid role requires on-site presence. Employees are expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week.
