FINANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER, Economics, to support the mission of Blueprint Labs by combining a passion for evidenced-based policy making with solid administrative abilities; serve as a financial and operational lead for a portfolio of work that also includes the Shaping the Future of Work Initiative and Policy Impacts, which are housed within Blueprint Labs; support financial operations and HR; ensure efficient operational processes; and lead organizational projects in the finance area.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of three years of relevant experience; proven track record of excellent communication, time and project management, and attention to detail skills.

The Finance and Operations Manager receives a full-time, one-year appointment that is renewable annually, contingent on funding, performance, and mutual agreement.

The estimated starting salary range for this role is $73,490 to $98,283 and is likely to fall in the bottom half of this range. Job #24606-8
