Posting Description

SENIOR DIRECTOR, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION STRATEGIC PROGRAMS, MIT Sloan Executive Education, to manage a dynamic portfolio of their own custom, open enrollment, and online executive education programs, with an annual revenue of $3-5M; lead the full program lifecycle, including client and faculty relationship management, program design, budgeting, delivery, operational quality, educational outcomes, and financial performance; represent the Office of Executive Education and MIT Sloan School in meetings and events with C-Suite executives and functional leaders; collaborate with senior members of the Executive Education team to drive business development and generate business leads; write compelling business proposals and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the full portfolio of program offerings; lead the development and management of key relationships and activities across campus to drive growth in program and client development; partner with faculty and colleagues to design high-impact executive education programs; conduct learning and development needs assessments of client companies; and engage with senior executives to ensure success.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree; a minimum of seven years of senior level university-based executive education or related experience; and ability to manage ambiguity, navigate change, and work collaboratively with corporate senior executives and university faculty. PREFERRED: MBA or other relevant advanced degree; and familiarity with MIT Sloan Executive Education programs. Job #24625-12

Salary range: $139,955- $187,125- $$234,295, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
