POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, JAZAYERI AND WANG LABS, McGovern Institute for Brain Research, for a new collaborative research project that will elucidate the neurobiological, physiological, and computational control principles of brain-body interactions. Will work as part of a team with multidisciplinary expertise in neurobiology, body physiology, engineering, and modeling and be active contributors to all aspects of the science; perform behavioral and/or physiology experiments in humans, monkeys, or rodents; analyze large-scale data recorded from experimental subjects; and develop a control-theoretic model constrained by experimental measurements in the brain and body.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: PhD or equivalent degree in Natural Sciences, Computational Neuroscience or Engineering; demonstrated background in at least two of the following fields: systems neuroscience, neurotechnology, computational neuroscience, machine learning; and robust analytical and coding skills. PREFERRED: prior research on the neurobiology of brain-body interactions. Job #24585

Two postdoctoral positions are available in the Jazayeri and Wang Labs

The salary will be determined based on merit.
