Posting Description

POSTDOCTORAL ASSOCIATE, POLICY IMPACTS, Economics, working with Nathaniel Hendren and collaborators from other universities and a research team of pre-doctoral fellows based at MIT to conduct economic analysis on the welfare impacts of government policies as part of Policy Impacts, an organization co-founded by Professor Hendren that is dedicated to improving the quality of government decision-making by promoting standardization in policy analysis.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: PhD in economics, education, public policy, political science, computer science, or a related field; demonstrated track record of conducting microeconomic analysis and measuring the welfare impact of government policies using a public economic toolkit; demonstrated management, communication, and technical skills. The Postdoctoral Associate will receive a full-time, one-year appointment that is renewable annually. An employment term of at least two years is strongly preferred.
