Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, data science, economics, or a related field; exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work; excellent organizational and documentation skills; ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions; proven experience in survey data analysis; advanced proficiency in R, including data wrangling, cleaning, and visualizations; advanced ability to present complex information clearly; relevant research or work experience in survey research; robust foundation in survey methodology and quantitative research methods, experience with complex survey sampling techniques and survey weighting; experience implementing complex surveys into survey software platforms; excellent communication skills, verbal and written; ability to work in teams and make meaningful contributions to group and interdisciplinary projects; and proven data analysis and visualization skills. PREFERRED: master's degree in social sciences, statistics, data science, economics, or a related field; and coursework or experience in artificial intelligence, algorithms, hardware, software, or economics.
