Job Description

SENIOR RESEARCH SUPPORT ASSOCIATE, CHOI LAB, Picower Institute for Learning and Memory, to join a group that is dedicated to studying interactions between the immune and nervous systems. Responsibilities will include histology and immunohistochemical processing, genotyping, confocal microscopy, mouse handling, surgery, behavioral testing, and other wet laboratory work.  

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  high school diploma or its equivalent; prior exposure to a research lab; ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team; and strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. PREFERRED:  bachelor's degree in the life sciences (e.g., biology, neuroscience, biomedical engineering) or a related discipline, experience working with animals, and programming skills.  Job #23485-4
