EVENTS COORDINATOR, Solve-Events Team, to play a crucial role in supporting all content, production, and operation aspects of Solve’s flagship events. Responsibilities include managing events on Solve’s website and digital event platforms; overseeing speaker logistics for in-person and virtual events; collaborating with the content producer to provide research and vetting of speakers and prepare briefing documents and speaker questions; developing and maintaining the master production schedule by producing minute-by-minute overviews of event production for flagship events; running cohesive and strategic processes around invitation and communication with attendees pre-, during, and post-event, including invitations, registration, virtual event platforms, surveys, etc.; planning and supporting the facilitation of event-related cross-team meetings; maintaining Solve event speaker records in Salesforce and evaluating and reporting on relevant data; contributing to broader event-related activities, e.g., event software and platform updates, event logistics emails, registration, attendee management, and data cleaning; generating collateral; and supporting the team in a variety of other capacities and supporting Solve’s events program lead on ad-hoc projects as needed.
