OFFICER, RESULTS MEASUREMENT, Solve, to support Solve’s mission of advancing lasting solutions from tech entrepreneurs to address the world’s most pressing problems. Will support and grow Solve’s results measurement practice; coordinate and improve upon Solve’s selection methodology; and collect and analyze data on Solve’s community engagement activities to inform the organization’s strategic decisions. Responsibilities include supporting and growing Solve’s results measurement practice; growing monitoring and evaluation support for Solve’s innovators; participating in creating collateral that communicates Solver successes at the team level and in aggregate; collaborating on telling the story of Solve’s impact, including designing a measurement framework, defining indicators, tracking progress, and communicating achievements; coordinating solver selection and continuously improving Solve’s selection methodology; supporting team members across Solve to follow monitoring and evaluation best practices for their programs and innovators; measuring and continuously tracking how community activities build members and partners’ engagement and contribute to renewal and revenue; and sharing results, analysis, and insights on Solver team progress and community engagement in the form of written communication and data debriefs.
REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least two years’ work experience implementing monitoring and evaluation systems or in a data insights role, ideally at an impact-focused organization; skill with survey instrument design, data collection, and data analysis techniques; high-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, team-based, and sometimes ambiguous environment; attention to detail, quality, and productivity; ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently; excellent organizational and communication skills; and ability to distill complex data into clearly communicated findings for non-technical audiences.
