OFFICER, STRATEGIC AND PARTNER PROGRAMS, Solve, to play a key role in managing and supporting Solve’s custom open innovation Partner Challenge offerings. Will manage key relationships with external clients and oversee various events and workshops. Responsibilities include acting as primary point of contact for external clients and managing client programs, including leading challenge strategy and ideation, judge recruitment, challenge promotion and application support, selection, communications, logistics and programming, and facilitating workshops/events; handling correspondence with clients to engage them with Solve and its community; researching and developing relationships with potential clients who would be interested in running open innovation challenges and contributing to Solve's revenue generation; providing support for proposal development and contract negotiations; working with other Solve teams on planning and executing projects and events that bring together clients and Solve’s community; facilitating human-centered design thinking workshops and other Solve activities; promoting new and existing custom partner challenges; supporting backend management of Solve’s open innovation platform; maintaining Salesforce database; and providing other support as needed.

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least three years’ related experience, including at least one year managing relationships and partnerships; excellent organizational skills; and flexibility. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously; meet deadlines; and work independently, take initiative, and anticipate needs in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. PREFERRED: master’s degree in an area relevant to Solve’s work, experience in a social and/or environmental impact organization, experience in sales or nonprofit development, and project management training or experience.
