AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT EDITOR, Program in Science, Technology and Society (STS), to develop and implement all marketing campaigns for the Knight Science Journalism Fellowship Program (KSJ) and Undark Magazine, with the goal of both increasing and driving audience awareness of the program, the publication, and their roles in fostering better science journalism.
KSJ seeks to nurture and enhance the ability of journalists from around the world to accurately document the often-complex intersection of science, technology, and human culture. This emphasis is reflected in its core mid-career fellowship program, which includes specialized training programs, seminars, and an option to write for the program’s magazine. The program's commitment to science journalism is also reflected in its public-facing magazine Undark — an editorially independent, digital publication launched in April 2016.
