MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, MIT Federal Credit Union (MITFCU), to be responsible for delivering outstanding member service and performing all functions pertinent to this position in a timely and accurate manner. Will fulfill a multitude of member service requests, including processing financial transactions (i.e., processing cash and check inquiries remotely); account maintenance; password resets; resolving customer concerns accurately, efficiently, and effectively in accordance with MITFCU policies and standard operating procedures. Will also be expected to remain informative and responsive to member’s requests while cross-selling products and services that enhance a member’s financial relationship.
REQUIRED: a high school diploma or equivalent certificate of education and excellent communication and problem-solving skills in resolving complicated member issues. PREFERRED: member or customer service experience; at least six-months of experience with cash handling and balancing; and credit union, banking, or other financial industry experience. Job #18259-1
