DIGITAL SALES STRATEGY MANAGER, MIT Technology Review, to implement and manage all advertising and strategic sales solutions that help achieve partner goals across all digital, mobile, and print platforms. Responsibilities include working with all business lines (sales, custom editorial and events) to build long-term objectives/strategies and meaningful client relationships; identifying and evaluating new lines of business development; establishing strategic partnerships that further support and amplify the TR brand; assisting with QA testing for launch of new digital products; implementing, monitoring, and tracking online advertisement creative; advising/consulting with ad salespeople regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting, and campaign performance; handing set up of day-to-day ad placements, scheduling, and updates for clients; working with advertisers, sales team, web developers/designers to execute requests, optimize campaigns, and deliver and traffic ads; leading training sessions on all ad products; and building and managing new inventory management platform used by sales and marketing teams.

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field; at least three years’ experience in sales; experience defining sales strategies that drive revenue growth for assigned areas and territory; excellent organizational, project management, time management, reporting, and verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with clients and colleagues; meticulous attention to detail; experiencing driving solutions that require complex analysis and interpretation of the circumstances/issues; ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; working knowledge of publishing within a content management platform; and experience with ad trafficking software, preferably DoubleClick DART for Publishers (DFP).
