EVENT PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR, MIT Technology Review (MITTR), to support MITTR’s rapidly growing events business. These events and conferences, which complement the content generated from one of the world’s most respected technology media companies, are show productions of the highest quality. Will report to the senior events manager and support all aspects of sold and in-kind partnerships, including executing sponsorship deliverables, fostering community relationships, and creating/updating event sales and marketing materials for an increasing lineup of world-class domestic conferences and custom events.

REQUIRED: at least three years of experience supporting complex professional events; a bachelor’s degree; proven record of providing exemplary customer service; team orientation; strong organizational and verbal and written communication skills; and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Must be able to prioritize objectives and manage time against deadlines; multitask, working on several high-level projects in parallel without losing track of details; and work effectively as part of a team with onsite and remote coworkers.
