Posting Description

DATA & EVENTS PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR, MIT Climate, will lead data management initiatives and coordinate key events that strengthen the OVPEC information systems and engagement with the MIT community and external partners. They will also recommend and implement IT tools that support effective data management. Over time, they will help define the unit's plan for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. In addition, this position with play a key role in organizing and managing a broad range of internal and external community outreach programming.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of three years of relevant experience; strong quantitative and organizational skills; experience managing data and data sets; ability to work independently on multiple projects with excellent time management; experience implementing or using CRM software; strong interpersonal and communication skills; and ability to exercise sound judgment and solve problems proactively. PREFERRED: Master’s degree.

Note:  This is a two-year position with the possibility of reappointment.
