Posting Description

AI COMPUTING RESOURCE (AICR), The Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC), to ensure high-quality, reliable operations of its state-of-the-art HPC environment. This critical role will coordinate delivery of compute and data services to a diverse user base, including working in close partnership with facilitation and science support staff from AI Hub organizations, liaise with academic and industry stakeholders, oversee performance monitoring and continuous improvement, and contribute to strategic planning and vendor management. This is an exciting opportunity to drive service excellence in support of world-class AI research and innovation.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Proven experience managing technical service delivery for large-scale computing environments, preferably within HPC or advanced IT infrastructure; strong understanding of cluster operations, scheduling systems, and service performance management; excellent communication and organizational skills; and experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive operational improvements. PREFERRED: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, vendor coordination, and GPU or cloud-based infrastructure.
