DIRECTOR MEMBER GROWTH & ENGAGEMENT, Credit Union, is responsible for developing and setting strategies, and executing plans that drive membership acquisition, deepen member relationships, and enhance overall engagement. This role ensures that MIT FCU delivers exceptional experiences across all touchpoints, leveraging data-driven insights, innovative programs, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve growth objectives and strengthen member loyalty. The role also works to enhance and develop mutually beneficial relationships between MIT FCU and strategic partners.
