Posting Description

SENIOR STOCK CLERK/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, MIT Medical, to unpack incoming goods and quality and quantity; repackage goods; pack goods away in storage rooms and keep work areas clean; deliver goods over the counter on requisitions; check requisitions for proper description of items and keep stock in good condition; initiate orders for stock or order stock from storage room; keep records of items which are not kept in reserve in storage room; check requisitions for proper description of items; provide instruction and guidance to other personnel on computer use; input receipts; contact vendors with deliver discrepancies; analyze computer data and make recommendations to buyers and supervisor; perform basic data entry; count accurately; perform occasional heavy lifting; and may be required to take inventory.  

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: High school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
 
The schedule for the position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
