Posting Description

FINANCIAL ASSISTANT 1, Sloan Management Review (SMR), to provide financial support for this management magazine and web site. Major responsibilities are financial processing and tracking; invoicing, accounts receivable, financial record-keeping, purchase orders, accounts payable, credit card verification, and travel/expense support.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of two years administrative or financial support experience; expertise with QuickBooks; Bookkeeping skills and knowledge of office administrative procedures; strong background in financial systems, MS Excel, collaboration tools, Word processing, and presentation tools. PREFERRED: Bachelor’s degree. Job #25071-4
