Posting Description

ASSOCIATE DATA ANALYST, Credit Union, supports organization business and department objectives through collecting, evaluating and reporting member and sales data. With guidance from AVP, Data Analytics and Program Support the ADA will help maintain Arkalytics (DataLake), DNA CRM/BI tool and all data related systems to help research trends, support opportunities and measure program effectiveness; proactively support outreach programs through any type of list generation and providing ad-hoc analysis; ensure consistency within the organization in applying a set of projects and process improvement standards; and share knowledge, provide, and serve as resource to project teams and management on tools, methods and best practices.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience; effective mathematical, language, problem solving, reasoning, writing and basic to complex numeric skills; intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and Excel (pivottables, macros, advanced formulas); ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; and excellent typing, interpersonal and organizational skills. This hybrid role requires on-site presence. Employees are expected to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week.
