EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHANCELLOR (EA), Office of the Chancellor, will provide high-level administrative support to the Chancellor, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, communications, and engagements; provide high-level administrative and operational support with minimal supervision, enabling the Chancellor and the Chancellor's Office to focus on strategic priorities and emerging issues that advance student life and learning; manage complex scheduling; prepare and track materials, facilitating timely and clear responses and deliverables; anticipate needs and initiate actions; and represent the office with professionalism and discretion in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of seven years of related experience; be well-informed about campus, national, and global events; the ability to anticipate the needs of a high-profile executive, think strategically, and act with discretion; strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues across the Chancellor’s Office, as well as with the President's and Provost's Offices, to support shared administrative functions; proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Google Suite; and demonstrated organizational, project management, and writing skills. PREFERRED: Executive Assistant experience in large organizations or a university environment. Job #25055-8

Occasional evening and weekend hours required.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week on campus.
