Posting Description

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, MEMBER EXPERIENCE, Credit Union (FCU), will serve as a key strategic member of MIT FCU’s Executive Team and be responsible for the overall vision and execution of the member’s journey and overall banking experience, MIT FCU’s Inbound/ Outbound Contact Center, Retail Branch locations, and Business Development and for providing outstanding member experience for the MIT FCU membership through the leadership, coaching and development of Branch, Contact Center, and Business Development. Will be an active member of the Senior Leadership team aligned with the business objectives and strategic initiatives as outlined through Short-and Long-Range planning.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in business accounting, finance, or related field; a minimum of ten years of experience in collections, banking, or financial services industry experience; and a demonstrated experience with the interview, hire, promote and discipline processes. PREFERRED: Four years of experience in credit union or financial services management, at the senior level, with progressively increasing organizational and leadership responsibilities. Job #24991-13
