DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, MIT Open Learning, to develop and execute B2C, B2B, and institutional strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue; develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across consumer and business segments; own the marketing roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities; lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketing professionals; establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive success; oversee brand positioning and thought leadership efforts; partner with sales leadership to enhance lead generation and pipeline growth; manage the marketing budget and optimize campaign performance; represent MIT Open Learning at industry events and conferences; build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and agencies. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, expertise in brand awareness, lifecycle marketing, AI-driven engagement, and data analytics, ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive revenue growth.

Must work on-site in Cambridge, MA at least 2 days per week (increasing to 3 days per week in Sept. 2025).
