DIGITAL MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS ADMINISTRATOR, Center for Transportation & Logistics, will develop and execute digital marketing and communication strategies to support the MIT Supply Chain Management (SCM) Master’s program; manage digital campaigns; analyze performance data; create and edit content for web, email, and social media; maintain the program’s website; design marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters; ensure compliance with branding and accessibility standards; provide strategic oversight for social media, collaborating with the CTL Social Media Administrator to optimize engagement and outreach; leverage recruitment databases; engage with key stakeholders; manage budgets; develop performance metrics; and coordinate with internal and external partners for marketing initiatives and media production.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; a minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in graduate education; proficiency in email marketing, CRM tools, web content management, and analytics platforms; experience with social media advertising, SEO, and content creation; and robust analytical and project management skills. PREFERRED: Experience in admissions and enrollment marketing. Job #24831-8
