Supply Chain Exchange (SCE) Outreach Assistant, Center for Transportation & Logistics (CTL), performs administrative, customer service, and logistics duties to support the Supply Chain Exchange team and center-wide operations; manages event registrations; maintains customer and partner records in Salesforce and Blackthorn; serves as the primary point of contact for prospects and registrants; drafts communications; coordinates event logistics; supports faculty and researchers with materials and reports; handles event logistics, including space reservations, A/V setup, catering, invitations, and follow-ups; generates reports on partner engagement, event attendance, and customer interactions; collaborates with internal teams to ensure effective event execution and customer engagement; and assists with email marketing, web updates, and financial transactions.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of administrative or related experience; solid organizational and writing skills; customer service experience; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), spreadsheets, and PowerPoint; experience drafting professional correspondence; ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels; attention to detail; and willingness to learn new tools. PREFERRED: MIT experience; familiarity with Blackthorn, Sched; and ability to take dictation and transcribe into electronic format. Job #24878-5
