Posting Description

CHIEF OF STAFF, Office of the Executive Vice President and Treasurer (EVPT), to support the development and execution of strategic priorities and collaborations for the EVPT. Will lead the drafting and updating of the annual EVPT-area strategic plan in collaboration with EVPT and area leads; serve as project lead, coordinator, or convener on cross-EVPT projects and initiatives; coordinate the development of a dashboard for key operational metrics; convene EVPT and area leads regularly to discuss key topics and share information; represent the EVPT in policy and planning meetings, and other forums; advise EVPT on community engagement and committee appointments; assist EVPT with follow-up on action items and draft correspondence; serve as an initial point of contact on ad hoc policy matters; support the preparation of EVPT memos, presentations, and materials for governance meetings; collaborate with the EVPT Communications Director and other experts on presentations; oversee the EVPT headquarters budget and assist with follow-up on budget items; ensure the EVPT website content is current and relevant; manage EVPT workflow in collaboration with the Executive Assistant.

 

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of experience in administration or project management; experience in higher education preferred; proficiency with Mac and PC platforms, Microsoft applications, FileMaker, and third-party online systems; solid collaborative skills, organizational and writing abilities; leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; commitment to precision and quality, data-driven mindset, and high professional integrity.
