EXECUTIVE CHEF, EH, Endicott House, to be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation at the Endicott House in Dedham, MA including ensuring the quality of food products and presentations at various events, including meals, receptions, breaks, and banquets; developing menus that align with established standards, current trends, and budgetary constraints; supervising Culinary Staff; and managing food costs, and overseeing inventory and equipment maintenance.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Associate degree in a related field; a minimum of five years food service experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with relevant computer software; and Serve Safe and Serve Safe Allergens qualification completed within first 180 days and maintained. PREFERRED: Experience as an Executive Chef and/or Restaurant management; and robust organizational, communication, and leadership. Job #24761-8

Schedule: Required to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends

Salary Range: $95,000 to $110,000, depending on relevant experience

Work Conditions: Includes physical demands related to food preparation, storage, and cleaning.
