Posting Description

SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION, Sloan Executive Education, will provide complex and varied support to the Senior Associate Dean and Managing Directors of Executive Education (60%); work with the Head of Finance and Administration for Executive Education to provide advanced administrative support to the office (40%) and serve as a key member of the Finance and Administration Support team (FAST); manage the complex calendar of the Senior Associate Dean, organize internal and external meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel; support three Managing Directors with similar tasks; and provide support during the interviewing process, manage onboarding for new hires and temporary staff, and support managers with off-boarding.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High school diploma and a minimum of five years of administrative support; solid communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills; experience and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications; ability to be flexible, skilled, proactive, to work both independently and as part of a team, multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a busy office setting with frequent interruptions; and ability to be professional, discreet, manage confidentiality and be comfortable interacting with diverse groups of colleagues. Hourly rate: $32-$36, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.  Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
