Job Description

DIRECTOR, ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE (DAF), History Section, serves as the senior administrator overseeing all administrative functions including management of human resources, financial planning and reporting, academic services, and facilities operations; ensures that administrative processes align with institutional policies while supporting the academic mission and strategic goals of the History Section.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in all aspects of university administration, in a management role; excellent analytical, financial, writing, supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills; demonstrated organizational skills, tact, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters; ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities; advanced knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and accounting principles. PREFERRED: master’s degree in business, administration, or related field; experience with SAP, Brio Query/Cognos, COEUS, KC, and Atlas. Job #24415-10
