Posting Description

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR, MIT’s Online Worldwide Learning Services (OWLS), will support course teams as they plan, develop and implement digital projects with faculty; supporting projects such as shared services and training in the areas of media, educational technology, accessibility, project management, and instructional design best practices in collaboration with OWLS colleagues as course teams develop and launch their digital projects that can range from complete online courses for delivery on global platforms to individual learning modules that support MIT on-campus courses.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree and three years of related job experience. PREFERRED: Experience in  higher education working with faculty and staff. Job #25036-8

Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 final salary determined by MIT’s compensation team based on the skills and experience of the person hired.

The Project Administrator is required to work on campus in Cambridge, MA a minimum of 2 days/week through August 2025. In September, this may increase to 3 days/week.
