LOAN ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST, Credit Union, responsiblefortheservice of allnationwiderealestateand consumer loans. Will address the needs of our internal and external members and ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with all guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; one year experience in banking or credit union industry, including working with FISERV DNA core system. Working knowledge of consumer and real estate loan servicing regulatory requirements, Mortgage Electronic Registration System (MERS) procedures, CFPB Regulations, Fannie Mae and general loan servicing. PREFERRED: Experience in loan servicing, lending, credit union operations or related field experience. Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHLB investor delivery, servicing, and reporting. Job #24973-5
