Posting Description

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), MIT Health, to provide essential clinical services to MIT faculty, employees, and their families and serve as a member of our Primary Care Behavioral Health team. Responsibilities include, conducting initial clinical evaluations, providing stabilization and short-term therapeutic support, gathering and coordinating collateral information from outside providers, collaborating with team members and Primary Care staff, offering psycho-education and training to Primary Care staff.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: Master’s Degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education accredited institution; a minimum of 2 years of post-Master’s social work experience; Licensure at the LICSW level in Massachusetts. Job #24900-8

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (Final salary determined by MIT’s compensation team based on skills and experience).
