Position Description Primary purpose: Manage the Products Pipelines Business Unit's (BU) Maximo Maintenance Management System (MMS) and represent the BU's in Corporate committees associated with maintenance and compliance management systems. Essential duties and responsibilities:Manage the business unit's Maximo asset and maintenance management system, collaborating with I.T. and other business unit representativesPerform Preventive Maintenance (PM) data integrity reviews / auditsCoordinate the development and maintenance of Maximo corporate job plans for Products PipelinesAssist field managers with critical equipment and work order creation in MaximoDevelop, maintain, and present Maximo maintenance management system related trainingMaintain Maximo Support Site jointly with I.T. and others, including announcements, FAQs, tips, training materials and webinar history, etc.Generate, review and distribute preliminary and final compliance reportsGenerate and distribute weekly Maximo support ticket review and status notes to BU managementCoordinate/perform ongoing Maximo support (including security and data change requests) and monitor/update support ticket system for proper assignment and follow-upAnalyze changes needed and create location hierarchy and GeoLocs changes/additions for new/acquired companies / facilitiesReview Maximo work order generation results and resolve identified issuesCoordinate the development and maintenance of Maximo corporate job plans for Products PipelinesManage department budget and forecastingOccasional travel to provide field staff with training, presentations, and attend industry-related seminars. Average annual travel about 10%.Other support duties as assigned

Position Requirements Education:College graduate, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with emphasis on data science and analytics preferred. Other Technical degrees will be consideredExperience/specific knowledge:Minimum 3 to 5 years experience with IBM Maximo software, particularly work/maintenance management and administrative functionality, along with database management experienceCertifications, licenses, registrations:IBM Certified Maximo Manage V9.0 Functional Deployment - Professional, preferred, but not requiredMust have a valid and current US drivers licenseCompetencies, skills, and abilities:Competent with spreadsheets and working with databasesCommunications skills to be able to develop and provide technical training both in person and over Teams/remotely Physical demands:Able and willing to use air transportation to commute to field work or meeting locations within the United States. Working conditions:Be able to work in an office environment, Monday through Friday. A hybrid work schedule is available.
