Education/Training Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
Formal training in a paralegal certificate program or law firm experience highly desirable
Minimum of three years of direct experience as a legal assistant/paralegal working with Land and Right-of-Way matters; familiarity with pipeline encroachment matters preferred
